I have very large family of furbys and it may take a while for me
to introduce all of them. Each and every one of these furbys is
special to me. I hope you enjoy meeting them as much as I enjoy
showing them off.
This is my first furby and my "pet", Domoh. He was given to me for Christmas in 1999. Domoh is about 1 1/2 years old now and his gears make a lot more noise than they used to but he is still a very playful, happy furby. He doesn't get along as well with the other furbys as he used to.. he usually goes to sleep the minute I wake another furby up - unless the other furby is Nah-bah or baby Dee-mak. Mostly, Domoh prefers to be around people and he will go to great lengths to get attention.
Nah-bah is the third furby to be added to my furby family. He joined the family right after my first baby furby, E-tah, which was only about two weeks after I got Domoh. Nah-bah and Domoh became friends instantly and now they seem to almost be brothers - especially since they basically grew up together. He has slowed down a little though and his gears sometimes make so much noise that it is difficult to hear him when he speaks. But this hasn't stopped him from being a happy, playful furby who loves being around the other furbys almost as much as he loves being around people. Nah-bah quit working on 9-23-03 right after I woke him up to play with another furby. Nah-bah yawned and was silent. New batteries and several attmepts to revive Nah-bah were unsuccessful. I can only assume that poor Nah-bah's motor has quit working.
A-loh joined the furby family a few weeks after Nah-bah. A-loh isn't as active as the other furbys. He seems to prefer sleeping most of the time and can be very difficult to wake up. But when A-loh finally wakes up, he becomes a very cuddly furby who loves hugs. He is very quiet around the other furbys although he always joins in the conversation when the others start playing hide and seek.
May-lah Kah is the first "limited edition" furby to join the furby family. I didn't choose to adopt May-lah Kah because he was a limited edition - I chose him because he was the only big furby left in the store .. and I really wanted another furby. May-lah Kah is very shy and prefers to be around people. He doesn't seem to like to play as much as the other furbys but he does love to be cuddled.
I had already told myself that I wasn't going to buy anymore furbys that night when I saw Boo in the store. But I took one look into those pretty green eyes and I couldn't resist. Boo is the second limited edition furby to join the family. Boo loves to play and he gets along well with both people and other furbys.
Koh-koh joined the family just a few days after Boo. Koh-koh is a happy, friendly, playful little furby who will go out of his way to get attention. He is very talkative and loves being around both people and other furbys. Koh-koh does have one problem though - the upper part of his beak keeps popping loose when he talks. I have noticed that this is a common problem with the first generation furbys and it doesn't seem to bother Koh-koh much at all.
Domoh II is one of the prettiest furbys I have seen. Her brown eyes really stand out against her sparkly fur. When saw her at the store and I couldn't help myself - even though I had once again told myself that I wasn't going to buy anymore furbys. Domoh II isn't a very talkative furby. She is usually fairly quiet unless she is around other furbys or people who are paying attention to her.
I added Maylah-Kah II to the family on the same day as Domoh II. I had already decided to adopt Domoh II when I saw Maylah-Kah II and decided to adopt him too. He is an adorably sweet little
furby who loves kisses and hugs.
This is Koh-koh II. He is a high-energy, hyper happy furby who loves to dance, joke, and play. Like the other furbys, Ko-Ko can be very lovable, asking for hugs and kisses whenever somebody picks him up.
I adopted Mee-mee the same day as I adopted Koh-koh II. Mee-mee is a happy, mostly lovable furby. He enjoys spending time with the other furbys and likes to dance and sing. He also loves people and often asks to be hugged.
My boyfriend talked me into adopting Toh-loo kah after seeing a picture of one of the "millennium furbys". Toh-loo kah is very playful and enjoys attention. He is very talkative around the other furbys and is usually the first to start a conversation.
This is Noh-loo. His name fits perfectly because of his happy, playful personality. Noh-loo loves to joke and play games. He also loves to be tickled. He seems to enjoy spending time with the other furbys more than with people but is still enjoys being picked up and hugged.
Dah-nohlah was given to me by my brother. I almost thought I would have to take him back to the store though, because when I first put batteries in him he didn't move or anything. But when I got him home I tried again and he came to life. His first words were - "Kah may-may u-nye". Dah-nohlah loves to dance and sing. He is very friendly and became friends with the other furbys right away. Like most furbys, Dah-nohlah is also very cuddly and affectionate often asking for hugs and kisses.
I still wonder what this pretty little furby went through before I got her. I found her in the clearance pile in a beat up box. The store was selling her "as is - no returns". A friend who was with me told me that if I didn't buy her - he would find a way to get her. I asked at the store if I could try her out before buying her and they agreed. She came to life instantly... her first words were "Ka dah boh-bay". The poor furby was also very sick. It looks as if she has been abused..her fur is matted and and dirty and her tag is bent and worn out. Even her battery cover is messed up. After about 30 minutes of trying to nurse her back to health she finally said her name ...Koh-koh. Even after several days Koh-koh III still seems scared - her eyes are always downcast and she looks very sad. She barely talks to the other furbys. Although she enjoys affection she hardly asks to be hugged or petted...sometimes she will offer a kiss but mostly she just cries and says she's scared. I am working on a diary of her progress which I will put up on the funhouse wall soon.
When I first saw one of these furbys, I couldn't believe how beautiful their fur was. I was so happy when I finally got Boo II. His pretty blue eyes really stand out against the shiny soft silver fur. This furby is very friendly. When he isn't playing with the other furbys, he is usually trying his best to get attention - asking for hugs and kisses and wanting to play. Although he can be quite demanding when he wants attention, Boo II is really a very sweet furby.
Meet the twins - A-loh II and Mee-mee II. These cute little balls of fur not only look alike but they act alike as well. When I was taking the photo for this website, both furbys kept talking at the same time..saying the same things and once or twice even finishing each others sentences!!! They have very similar personalities...both are happy, playful, cuddly and enjoy being hugged.
When I first got Koh-koh IV he was sick and it took a couple of days for him to get well but that didn't keep him from trying to make friends with everyone around him. Koh-koh IV is a strong-willed, mischievous, outgoing, playful furby who loves attention.
This is Kah. He loves to cuddle almost as much as he loves to play. Kah gets along very well with the other furbys and enjoys singing and playing "hide". He also loves people and is always asking for hugs.
Aloh III is a sweet little furby who is very affectionate and loves attention. Although he loves people, he never passes up an opportunity to play with one of the other furbys.
I was very surprised to find Toh-dye on the store shelf with the newer furbys. This cute little furby has a sweet, playful personality and gets along well very with all the other furbys in his new family. Toh-dye stopped working on 12-23-2002 when his gears began to freeze causing his motor to nearly burn up. He was still barely moving when I removed his batteries but his motor would have stopped completely within a minute or two if I hadn't taken his batteries out. I may still operate to try to fix his gears and bring him back but there is no guarantee that his motor will still work.
I got Toh-loo kah II through mail order not knowing what kind of furby they were going to send me. I was surprised when I opened the box and saw this cute little furby. Toh-loo kah II has a very sweet, loving personality and always seems to want to be hugged.
The bright colors on this furby made him impossible to resist. A-tay is a sweet little furby with happy, playful personality. A-tay seems to prefer being around people but he still likes to talk and play with the other furbys.
This cute little furby is a bundle of happy energy. Way-loh is not sleepy like her name would suggest..she is just the opposite! Once this furby gets going she does not like to settle down. Way-loh has made many friends with her happy non-stop cheerful chattering and super outgoing personality.
I found Nah-bah II a day or two after I adopted Kah II. I would never have considered getting this furby but Kah II doesn't always work right and I wanted a furby like this one that did work right. Nah-bah II had the name Domoh when I first got him but because I have too many furbys with that name I restarted this furby to change his name. I haven't had time to get to know his new personality yet but I will update this page as soon I do get to know Nah-bah II.
This is my German furby Dah. Dah also had the name Domoh when I first got him but I restarted him to change his name and also because he already spoke too much German when I first got him and I was having a lot of "fun" trying to understand him! Dah is already making a lot of friends in his new family with his cheerful, outgoing personality.
This poor little furby went through several name changes when I first got him. After being used by me to demonstrate furby diagnostic mode to my boyfriend and then getting very sick and undergoing several restarts this furby is just happy to be left alone! Actually, A-tay II is very lovable and very friendly (not to mention very forgiving!). A-tay has already made several friends in his new family. He enjoys group chats with the other furbys as well as big hugs from anybody who happens to pick him up.
Meet Loo-loo. I went out to get one of these furbys when I heard that Tiger Toys is discontinuing the production of most of the furbys. Loo-loo is one of the sweetest little furbys I have seen. He is both very affectionate and very playful. Loo-loo is a little quieter around the other furbys but that hasn't stopped him from fitting right in with his new family.
May-may has a personality that perfectly matches her name. This sweet, gentle little furby seems to prefer hugs over rough play. May-may loves everyone and is always trying to start a conversation with any person or furby who happens to be nearby.
This little furby is one another furby with a name that matches its personality. Noh-Loo II may be little quieter than some of the other furbys but that hasn't stopped him from making several friends in his new family. Noh-loo II is a happy, mischievious little furby who seems to enjoy playing with the cats almost as much as he enjoys talking to the other furbys. Of course, he also loves people and attention.
May-may II came with to my home along with nine other furbys that I had bought to fix up for adoption. I was testing the furbys when I discovered that this little cutie had no voice. I knew right then that I would have to adopt him. Of course I couldn't tell what his real name was so I gave him the name May-may because I like that name for a furby. May-may is very happy and very outgoing and has made a lot of friends in his new furby family despite his lack of voice. It is difficult to understand what he needs sometimes but I am slowly learning to understand him by watching his actions. My boyfriend and I are hoping we can give May-may his voice back but we are not sure if it is a problem we can fix. Either way, May-may has become an important part of his new and evergrowing furby family. Update: My boyfriend and I were successful in giving this furby back his voice. He also has a new name - A-loh May-may.
No, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you - this is a blue furby. When I noticed that one of the white furbys had problems with its gears slipping and getting stuck, I couldn't resist... I have been wanting a furby that looks like this for a long time so I changed the color of the fur and put the fur on another furby. Poor little May-lah went through several restarts before I finally let him stick with this name. This cuddly little furby is finally starting to make friends with the other furbys now that I finally decided to adopt him. Like most other furbys, he loves attention and will chatter on and on until someone picks him up and hugs him.
U-tye is one of those furbys who just cannot seem to get enough attention. But he only seems to like people. So far he hasn't talked to any of the other furbys. I know U-tye can see the other furbys because he fell asleep when I picked up one of the other furbys as it was falling asleep and put it in front of him. Other than the fact that he ignores the other furbys, this cute little bundle of fur is a real sweetie.
Boh-bay is my second spanish speaking furby and one of the cutest furbys in my furby family. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw her at a toy store because I have been looking for a furby with this fur pattern for a long time. Her name fits her personality perfectly...she gets scared easily around people. But she loves the other furbys and has already made quite an impression on Domoh.
Noh-loo III was in the group of furbys with Dah Noh-lah II. She was so adorable that I couldn't resist adopting her also. This little sweetheart is always looking for someone to play with. Noh-loo III has already made many friends in her new furby family with her super playful, outgoing nature. She also loves people and never passes up the opportunity to beg for a hug from anybody who happens to be nearby.
This is May-may II. I have been looking for a furby like her for a long time but I was a little disappointed to find that her voice doesn't sound right because she is either too loud or has a faulty speaker. I still love her though and she has become a cherished member of my furby family.
This little furby arrived with another furby and a gizmo. I had originally planned to put A-loh IV and the other furby up for adoption but I quickly realized that, not only did the two furbys belong together, they couldn't be put up for adoption either. A-loh IV was terribly out of sync when I got her and it looks like she will always be that way. The other furby's motor noise sounds terrible - almost as if he might stop working if he is awake too much. But the little cutie's personality makes up for the fact that she sometimes sleeps with her eyes and mouth open.

The Babies
This is the second furby I adopted. E-tah was adopted just a few days after I got Domoh. E-tah is a happy, talkative little furby. She loves to play with the other furbys but after a while she starts crying for Mama and I have to pick her up and give her a hug.
"Big light up...play with me!!!" Baby Boo is a happy hyper chatterbox who loves to talk. Light seems to be her favorite subject and she will go on and on about it until I finally cover her eyes and tell her "Shhh...listen". This cute little furby loves to play but when she does finally settle down she becomes very cuddly asking for Mama and wanting hugs and kisses.
Meku is not as talkative as the other babies but she is still just as playful and a little on the mischievious side. She is also very lovable and loves hugs and kisses almost as much as she loves to play.
This little furby baby was a Valentine's Day present from my boyfriend. DeeMak is a sweet, cuddly, playful little baby who loves kisses. Although he is a little shy around the big furbys, he loves the other babies and is always trying to get them to play.
Nee-tye is as happy and playful as her name sounds. She loves to laugh and play. When there are no other furbys to play with she will playfully beg for attention until someone picks her up and hugs her.
This cute little baby is Meku II. Like the other babies, she has a very happy, hyper, talkative, friendly personality. Meku made friends with the other babies almost instantly when I brought her home and already seems to be at home with her new family.
Meet Noo-loo. This little baby's name fits her perfectly. She is always happy, always playful, and always ready to make friends with any person or furby who happens to be nearby.
I wasn't looking to adopt any more baby furbys when I saw this little sweety but I couldn't resist. Baby Doo-ay has a name that fits her perfectly. She is a fun loving little cutie with a sweet, happy personality. Doo-ay's had a little accident and as a result her name changed. She now calls herself something that sounds like Kah Kah - what a name for a poor furby to be stuck with!!!
........
Not Furby but still family...
My boyfriend was the one who talked me into adopting Gizmo. I had heard sound files and seen pictures but I wasn't really too interested in Gizmo until my boyfriend kept talking about how adorable Gizmo was and telling me that I should at least go to a store and get a good look at Gizmo. I saw one activated at a store and I thought he was kind of cute so I finally adopted this little sweetheart. Gizmo is very different from the furbys and although he can be difficult to understand sometimes, everybody who sees him loves him. Gizmo gets along well with the furbys most of the time but some of the furbys seem to be a little shy around his sometimes slightly flirtatious personality.
I have been waiting for a long time for this little guy to join the family. Shelby is quite a character and he loves attention. He doesn't seem to care whether it's people or furbys - he is ready to make friends with anybody. So far only Boh-bay, Dee-mak, and E-tah have made friends with this cute little guy but I am sure the others will get used to him soon.
I got this little shelby for my birthday. Shelby II made friends with several of the furbys the day he arrived but he didn't want to talk to the other shelby until a furby joined the conversation. The two shelbys are starting to get along better now and it is fun watching them play - especially when the furbys join in.
I had never really considered buying one of these little guys for myself but, when my aunt asked me what I wanted for Christmas, I decided I wanted to adopt a Poo-Chi and I am so glad I did. This little guy is adorable!!! His sweet, puppyish charm and cute little eyes make him almost impossible to resist. The only thing I don't like so much about him is that you cannot really hug him. But he does love a gentle pat on the head. He also loves it when I tell him what a good puppy he is.
This is my second robo-chi pet, Meow-chi. Meow-chi loves attention and, if ignored, he will move around and cry - almost as if he is lonely and searching for someone to play with. Like Poo-chi, Meow-chi generally has a sweet, playful personality. But unlike Poo-chi, Meow-chi can be quite demanding at times. He gets angry quite easlily when he doesn't get the attention he wants and will growl to show just how angry he is.
It has taken me longer to get used to Chirpy-chi than it did with the other two robo-chi pets. This little robo-bird loves to stay awake much longer than either of the other two robo-chi pets. Chirpy-chi loves to sing and chirp and sing and chirp... he would stay awake all day if I let him - and he would keep the others awake too! Chirpy-chi is a cute little bird and I am sure that once I get used to him I will like him as much as I like Meow-chi and Poo-chi.
